Hi,
I created a database on a network. It allows more than
one person to use it at a time, but the design cannot be
changed when someone else is in it. Someone was in using
it, not changing the design, and no one else could get on
because it said it was locked by admin. What happened?
We had them close the entry form and go back to the
startup form and it let the other people in. I noticed
whenever they finished entering a form they hit the save
button, which you don't have to do, because it
automatically saves. Since they were hitting the save
button, could the computer have thought they were changing
the design? I really have no clue what was going on.
Could someone please shed some light on this.
Thank you,
Shawn
