please help

Hi,

I have a report that I created in Access. I want to be
able to publish that report in MS Word. I can do this,
however, I would like for the report in Word to update
from the DB every time I open it. Is this possible?? If
so, how??

Hi Paul,

Not sure how you're putting the data into Word, but you
can "suck in" a table or query from an Access database.
Go to View>Toolbars>Database, then insert database.....I
don't know if there's a property you might be able to set
so that the table/query refreshes every time you open word
or if you have to actually press the refresh button on the
database toolbar within Word to get it to refresh.
