Please make your outlook block sender domain work!

The email option to block sender or sender's domain does not stop email from
being received even when the option to permenately delete email is checked.

Sure it does. The only problem is that what you think the sender is may
not, in fact, be the sender. What you see on the From line has no bearing
on the sender address.
