Since you posted via web CDO, I have not idea where you live.
If you live in North America, Microsoft will ship you SP and SR updates on
CD for the cost of shipping. Elsewhere it varies.
Also, the availability depends on your versions of Office. I am not aware
of CD updates prior to Office 2000.
You did not say where you live or what version of Office you have. A little
information would help.
