There are so many people who are not criminal in their behaviour toward their
Microsoft products, it appears punative to continue to force people to
download mega patches, especially to those of us who remain on dial-up
connections.
Between XP patch 2 and now the Office and Visio patches, my computer has
been connected to dial-up for two full overnight downloads.
Your downloads are the only reason for me to move to Broadband, and that's
simply not interesting to me.
Offering a CD version, with a tracking number, and asking me to sign
somethat that precludes my use of the upgrade for strictly my own use should
be an option for all Microsoft product updates.
