Dialup limited to 24k BPS

I was happy to receive Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack One on CD and would
like to order Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack Two on CD as soon as it has
been made availble. I prefer to install using a CD because my dialup
connection is very slow and not reliable over the many hours needed to
download large software packages. Thanks

Microsoft will, it just takes time.

They generally release the downloadable file weeks before a CD is available.
