PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give me back the MS Office toolbar

I loved and used my MS Office toolbar for quick access to launch programs.
PLEASE give it back?? Who on earth decided to take it away, anyway. That was
one of the better features of the product suite. I want my toolbar back. I
put all my often used programs there so with 1 click, always visible, I could
launch something.
