Please read message. Looking for help specific to the problem listed

Every time I try and open the out of office assistant, I
receive a dialogue box which reads "The command is not
available. See the program documentation about how to
use this extension."

I'm not offline, so I'm stumped. Can you help?

I read the message - there is nothing there that will lead to any help.

1. What version of Outlook and Exchange are you using?
2. What troubleshooting steps have you already taken?
3. Are you using Exchange at all?
