please suggest regarding mobile alerts for outlook 2003

Is there any method to get mobile alerts for mails in outlook 2003.

Actually this option is there with outlook 2007.

As I am using 2003 version, want to access this feature in 2003.

Please help me in this issue. Any siggestions or insight?
