Please tell me how????

I need to enter the digit + before the country code on
phone numbers eg +44 90869865. I have no other option my
boss wants it. Outlook express message says that no digits
other than 0 to 9 are accepted in the phone number input
box. How can I solve this? Help please!

Hello Ted Wilson,

Witch version are you using ?
With me it seems to i don't have a problem with it (2000)
I have tested it in Express and outlook
So if you could give some more information mayby i can help you
