Please uninstall and reinstall.

When I load Word (Office small business edition 2003),
Norton antivirus 2005 blocks the load with the following
message: "Norton Antivirus does not support the repair
feature.Please uninstall and reinstall. OK" When I
click "OK" the same message comes back 2 more times and
then Word loads.
I checked using Task Master and the application "Windows
installer" was running with process WINWORD.EXE,and
Creative MediaSource Go" was running with
process "iexplore.exe".
After the NAV message 3 times and Word loads I can load
more documents without a problem until I close Word and
open later.
This isn't a serious problem but I would like to know
what is going on.

You might try turning off Auto-Protect before attempting the repair. It is
almost always necessary to disable virus scanning when installing
applications, and since the repair is in a sense a reinstall, this makes
sense.
