Please Wait While Microsoft Windows Configures 2000 Professional

I installed Word only from Office 2000 using an
administrative ID. When I get on the PC using the
administrative ID all is well. When others are logged
onto the PC with their IDs they get the message "Please
wait while Microsoft Windows configures 2000 Professional"
and asks to insert the CD.

I minimized the imact my copying the contents of the CD to
the C drive and install word from the C drive. I still
get the message, however eventually it goes away.

I tried installing the grafic filters using the run all
from my computer (someone thought this would help), but
still get the same error.

I searched microsoft knowledge database and found
two "similiar" problems, but neither seemed to exactly
fit.

(I downloaded and ran orktools with no changes either)

In this article it is written :
International Support options are located in the Office Shared Features
folder in setup.

I am not able to locate these options in order to solve the problem.

If you get to the solution , please tell me.
