Since there is no more the Shortcut Bar in the Office 2003
If you think it is an excellent tool to have as I think
please go to "http://register.microsoft.com/mswish/suggestion.asp?LCID=1033
and tell Microsoft to put it back and keep it

It is not going to happen. Microsoft eliminated the OSB since the OS has
the ability to create toolbars natively.
