PLEEEEEASE somebody help me

If I try to add a new contact or look at the Outlook
properties I get a "Outlook experienced an
error......Send report/don't send report". I've tried so
many things to get this going. I can add a distribution
list but not a new contact, and when I write a new mail
and type in an address not held by the contact list it
fails as well

Using Windows xp home and office 2000, but recently
upgraded Outlook to 2002 with software supplied with
Pocket PC. All windows updates are installed.

This only occurs on one of the three accounts on the PC.
I hope somone can help.
