What plotter?
What paper size settings? Printer paper and drawing paper.
What size can you print on ?
Can other programs print on D size?
er, right. So, Visio is fine plotting on D size but not for one user.
Sounds like the plotter is not installed correctly for that user.
I still feel that you are not explaining the problem sufficiently ...
