plotting data on a map instead of bar chart

Has anyone ever taken data from a query and instead of
creating a bar or pie chart, done a map. for
example..taking sales data and having a map of say
europe. and it shows the map of europe with the numbers
of sales on each country. thanks..

While I've never done it myself, MapPoint is supposed to allow you to easily
do things like that.

I've used MapPoint to plot things on a US Chart. It is fairly easy to use
and works well with Access. We printed dots in various colors to represent
sales volume levels on a US Map. It was printed approx 3 X 4 Ft. on an HP
DesignJet and looked really nice. I think you can also get other maps but
may cost extra.
