Plotting on 24x36

I have done an organization chart that I need to plot on 24 x 36 size
drawing. I can successfully plot but only on 8-1/2 x 11 paper off of the
roller. I have done the page set up and the printer to set up to a size D
ANSI drawing. Why won't it plot to that size? Please help.
