Pls Help! How to restore a deleted pst file?

My pst file has been wrongly deleted. However, it doesn't go to Recycle Bin
because of large file size.

Since this desktop connects to our company server, I don't have right to
install any software.

Is it possible to restore the deleted pst file? Since there are lots of
clients' information, please kindly help.

If you don't have any backup(s), then there is really nothing you can do.

There is some good (and free) software that can recover deleted files
(http://www.recuva.com/), but if you cannot install any software...

Does your company install a client that works with their enterprise
backup program to backup all their workstations? If they don't backup
their workstations, you aren't supposed to keep any critical data there.
Alas, the PST file was not designed for opening across the network. If
they don't backup your host and you have company important or critcal
data on your host then you should be backing it up. What would they
expect you do if your hard disk exploded (okay, it won't do that but it
will die someday)?

You're confused. It doesn't matter what drive you use, you're still
installing it on your PC and it's likely it will want to write at least some
files to your C drive. If your company says "don't install", that's what it
means.
