For some reason or another, Word adds an unwanted space at the
beginning of the line when I delete a outline level. Here's what I
mean:
-I'll have two levels (the same or different - doesn't matter)
-something like this.
But then if I select the entire first line (including the paragraph
symbol at the end), and delete it, I end up with:
- something like this. [note, the new space added there].
This also happens when moving lines around (btw, I'm working in
"outline levels" with all of this). For instance, if I were to grab
the entire "something like this" line and move it up above the first
line, it would add a space: "- I'll have two levels..."
Why the heck is it doing this, and is it fixable??
Thanks so much for the help!
