Hi,

my manager want report which show total hours of work which the resource had
done in one month .

management want monthly report of separately each resource per month actual
hours or actual work have done.

If you just want to track resource hours, Project is extreme overkill.
Get a timesheet software package. I imagine there are still many on the
market. Just google for "timesheet software".
