You mean besides rewriting the whole PWA interface wherever it refers to Sharepoint features? Ouch! The whole idea sounds like nothing but pain.
Unless, of course, you've got ASP and SQL gurus at your disposal with nothing to do for the next year. Then you can keep them employed for a while.
