I have this product on my computer but am unable to update or reinstall.
When I try to update or reinstall, I get the following message: "The
installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the
source exists and that you can access it." Any suggestions?

Well Plus! is not part of Office for a start!

Look for the CDs that came with your PC when you purchased it. It will be
part of your collection. You can reinstall it from the correct Plus! CD.
