PLZ Help. Transfer PST to Mailbox

Hey people! Thanks for helping!

I have users that were setup on a POP server but now on
Exchange. This means ALL their email is currently stored
locally (.PST file).

Do you know of an easy way on how to transfer EVERYTHING
to their mailbox on Exchange??? THANKS!!
