Hi
I have a little confusion. How can we handle a situation where one
project manager is a team member in some other project. i guess that
means he can see/edit/update the projects he manages and also
see/edit/update the projects where he is a team member.
Is one project manager acting as team member in some project acts like
a project manager in that project as well. Is that is the case how can
i stop this from happening. If i cant stop it then what can be the
possible solution to this problem.
I ask this question becuase we are an engineering company and it always
happend that one Project manager is team member in some other big
project.
Thanks
Jerry
