PM getting request for user ID & password when trying to accept ti

One of our project managers keeps getting a pop-up wanting a user ID and
password when attempting to accept his team members' time. I have tried
changing his authentication from Windows to Project and that didn't solve the
problem. He is unable to accept the time. How can we resolve this problem?
All other project managers have been able to accept their teams' time.

Thanks,

(a) You need to narrow down the problem and
(b) give more inforamtion...

Is the PM logging onto the domain/AD as a domain/AD user?
Is the PM a remote user?
Is the PM a contractor logging in a different method?

Have a "working" PM use the "non-working" PM's PC and see what happens.

Please re-post with more information. Thanks.

Rick,

The PM is logging on just as he always has. He is not a remote user or a
contractor.

I did attempt to connect to project server and received an error.

The server at 'http://corporate34' returned the following error to Project.
