PM have access to edit others plan

Whether Project Manager in EPM have access to edit another project plan in
which he/she is assigned a task, who is not the owner of that project.

Probably better to repost this in Server news group. Please state which
version of Project Server, what Service packs have been installed and what
you are seeing plus what you want to have happen.

I suspect that the answer is it depends on the security features that your
Project Server admin has set up. If you are the admin, I strongly recommend
getting the Administering workbook from:
