pocket pc support needed

I play around with graphics as a hobby and am allways scribbling ideas on
paper despite having a pocket pc running windows mobile 2003.

My question is why there is a version for tablet pc's and not seem to be one
for pocket pc's despite they have a stylus and you can draw direct on the
screen like a tablet. Even a lite version of one note for the pocket pc
that can converse via the microsoft activesync software to one note on the
pc would be great.

This is more of a question for one note developers rather than the pocket pc
crowd
