No. The Axim does include something called 'Pocket Access', but it is *not*
a version of Access - it is a database engine that has no UI - no forms, no
reports, no development environment. You can use ActiveSync to transfer data
between the Pocket PC and your desktop, but you will need to either develop
or purchase from a third party the software to do anything with the data on
the Pocket PC.
