PocketPC Charting

I have an aviation weight and balance sheet that produces a chart and a
plot point for my center of gravity. I created a graph envelope using
x/y number pairs and the final center of gravity point is placed on the
chart after all calculations are done.

My question is does anyone know how to make this chart function on the
PocketPC platform? I have tried various PPC charting programs but can't
seem to figure it out.
