I'm addicted to OneNote, with a couple years of notes and clippings on my
workstation. Now I'm mobile and want access to the OneNote files from my PDA

If not the full functions, how about a file reader or ability to batch
export to MS eBook or pdf.

Ben, the link was great. Obviously my search wasn't aggressive enough. But
what about us on WM2002? We're cut adrift by planned obsolesence?

There's much on Chris' blog, so I'll see what he and his readers have to say

I'm not sure I'd look at it that way exactly, but OneNote Mobile is an
ambitious project and I don't think they're investing development resources
into an old platform. Just as OneNote 2003 won't run on Windows 98.
