I use FrontPage 2002, should I spend the money for 2003?

Also, I want a temperature script that I can put into my homepage that shows
local F temp when loaded.

More importantly I want the Inventory pages to have sort options from
length, price, HP, etc. My database experience is none, but other Office
products I would say I've moved into Intermediate (for self-taught anyway).
Excel I have a good feel for, I've impressed Excel teachers. Access, no
way, have never had a need to get the feel for it.

I've only browsed at SQL and admit I don't get it.

Definitely a newbie, what's your recommendations?
