Poject Server database is unavailable

Hi,
I have installed Project 2003 professional in my machine, when i try
to connect to my Project 2003 Server, i getting the followin error:

Poject Server database is unavailable
You can't access the database for the follownig reason:
There is a problem with enterprise golbal template
You do not have sufficient permission to access the
enterprise database
Network problem are preventig access
Project server does not have enterprise feature enabled

pls. provide your valuable solution to the followin mail id

I am assuming you can ping the server? When you hit the Test
Connection button, it says you can connect?

It's a permissions issue, most likely. Make sure you are a member of a
group that has permissions to log on to Project Server and to read
Enterprise Global.

"administrator" am getting the same prob. pls. help me in this regard.

Hi Pandian and Sandy
I had a same problem on some of client (none of users didn`t login on those
clients), I setup IE security to low and it solved.
