POLICE OFFICER REPORT TEMPLATE

does anyone know how to build a template for a police officer report? I just
need to have 12 blocks going down so i can insert info?

Don't most PDs already have their own forms for everything so you could just
copy one? Or are you having to invent a whole new one?
Also, how is just 12 blocks different from a plain ole table?

The template you are looking for seems to be a very rare one, and I am not
sure if you can find it on the Internet.

You can make a request to www.spreadsheetzone.com though. You can find
various kinds of templates there and I know they take such requests into
consideration.
