Poll Results?

When I try to send results of my polls to my e-mail address, it comes up

'This form is being created on a disk-based web or the frontpage server extensions have not been configured to send e-mail. Please direct your system administrator or internet service provider to the instructions in ''setting up e-mail options on windows'' or ''setting up e-mail options in UNIX'' in the server extensions resource kit. If you do not have the server extensions resource kit, you can find it at -

http://www.microsoft.com/frontpage/wwp/serk

Would you like to remove the e-mail recipient?'


I am new to this and it has really baffled me!
Could anyone tell me what's going on?

Also, my website is on lycos and when I try to put their add-ons into my pages, (Guestbooks, surveys etc.) using HTML it does nothing except bring up a load of writing that I don't understand.
