Pool Car Calendar

Hi all,

I am trying to set up a calendar which tracks our 3 pool cars, where they
are and who has them!

Any member of staff can book any of the 3 cars for any amount of time, and i
think the best way to show this is in a public calendar available to all.

However, i dont want everyone having the rights to create entries. What i
would like, if possible, is that they create a new appointment with the
details of when they need the car, and then that gets emailed to me for
authorisation. When authorised, it then gets saved in the calendar.

Can this be done?

Any suggestions, as always, much appreciated.
