Pool checked-out but not

The Enterprise Resource Pool (a project for our resources)
reports it is checked out, but it is not. The two members
with Project Professional who can check it out do not have
it open. I've looked for help on check-out/in problems,
but haven't found anything to help resolved the issue. The
server is still in test and I can recreate the user list
easily from Active Directory.

What can I do to clean up the problem?

Log into Project Server with administrator permissions and do the following:

1. Click the Admin menu
2. Click the "Manage enterprise features" link
3. Click the "Check in enterprise resources" link in the sidepane
4. Select multiple resources in the grid using the SHIFT or CONTROL keys
and then click the Check-In button

Gracias, Dale. I wonder if simply reporting the problem
helped solve it. (Thank you, Mr. Murphy.) I don't believe
I tried that from the admin page, I think that was the key
I missed.
