POP but no SMTP

Evan McCutchen

Is there anyway that I can have an email account in OL2003 that only allows
receiving, but not sending of email? I've tried removing the smtp server
address, but it will not allow me to click the oh-so-important "Finish"
button. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

put a fake name in - it can be in the format of mail.some_domain.com or
some_name. Just be sure the server name you use isn't a real SMTP server
that will accept relay.
