POP Problem with Outlook 2003 & Vista

I continually get this message on this new Vista Computer. Any input
would be greatly appreciated.

I enabled logging in Outlook and this is what I get: (I have tried
deleting the 118th & 119th message in the que on the mail server. It
didn't make any difference. It always stops on message 118)
