pop server name changs to localhost everytime I reboot

I have to go into email accounts and change the pop server name back to the
name of my pop server everytime I reboot windows When I check it it is
always back to localhost When I make it the correct name outlooks works
fine until my next reboot

Hi,
have you installed a Firewall or a Virusscanner?
Most time it is the Norton Anti Virus!
So please deaktivate this and look what will happen!
