pop-up an image inside a window

WinXP SP2 does not allow for popups w/o at least the address bar, menu bar and status bar




|I use the following code to pop-up a window with the image: modem_voice.jpg.

| Problem is that the window is an explorer window with all the menu and icon
| bar.

| Can someone direct me how to pop-up just a window with the image without all
| the rest?

Note:

Windows XP SP2 only requires the Status Bar. All other features can be
removed. That Status Bar can be removed as well, but it requires that you
change your IE settings.
