pop up blocker freezing OE

Outlook Express hangs/computer freezes when I double-click a hyperlink in
the email.
I found out that the cause is a popup blocker dialog box.
(task manager shows pop up blocker. ending that task unfreezes outlook
express)

I cant find where to allow the access of hyperlink in outlook express.
