Pop up boxes

I wish to use Visio 2007 to record details of all the projects taking place
in my organisation as I've been asked to show the information in diagramatic
format. I have created a Visio diagram (similar to an organisation chart)
which shows these, and the links between them. It it possible to have pop up
boxes from each of the shapes (each one represents a project)? I'd like each
box to contain brief details of the project it relates to.

Not straightforward. There is somewhere an article about it, or search this

In Visio 2003, there is menu, insert, comment or menu, insert, Shape Screen
Tip.

In Visio, things are often done the hard way, even though a menu item or
shape is available.
