Pop-up Calendar Events / Tasks

Rather that have my calendar events stay "passive" in the"Microsoft Office Reminders" section, how do I have them pop up in front of my face at the specified reminder time like Microsoft Outlook does?

It is very frustrating having a day with many tasks/appointments and having to continually look at the "Microsoft Office Reminders" section for a schedule. Popping up in front of my face 60min. before a task is due is a great way to get me in gear!

Thanks for your help.

Office Reminders in Office 2008 acts just like Outlook. When you have a
reminder due then it will display the reminder in a window over what
you're currently seeing.

You must remember to address reminders as they appear and not leave
Office Reminders open. Otherwise, it may not pop forward. Either dismiss
or snooze to close Office Reminders and it should appear in front for
the next event.

Hope this helps!
