I AM TRYING TO PUT POP UP CALENDAR IN EXCEL 2007 SPREADSHEET USING
RONDEBRUIN SITE BUT TO NO AVAIL CAN SOMEBODY PLAESE HELP

I'm not claiming to be an expert here, but my experience of the
calendar control is that it's only available if Access is installed.
Don't know if that'll help

Correct

But Ron's site has a link to mscal.ocx which OP can download if he does not
have Access.

Maybe OP did not read that part or has done something else incorrectly.
