Pop up information on Calendar scheduling

Hi

I am using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.

I am setting up a calendar appointment and inviting attendees. When I go to
the scheduling view, I can hover some peoples appointments and see the
details of the appointments. However, on other peoples, no pop up
information appears.

I am aware of the Tools / Option / Calendar Options / Planner Options / Show
Popup... but I thought that this only changes the way in which I view this
information.

Why can I only see the details of some people and not others?

Any help would be appreciated as we are looking at the options available to
share calendar information. This could be a solution provided that it is
consistent for everyone.

If it's relevant, we have multiple Exchange Servers.
