That is a known issue with the FrontPage Server Extensions and Shared
Borders/Include pages.
The server admin should download the latest server extensions and update
them.

When I "Preview" using FP2003, it seems to work fine, accept sometimes
the text in the FP Generated link bar I created isnt there.
When I preview in a browser it seems to put my page in its entirety
again within the shared boarders. Its hard to explain. For the love of
god, someone please look at this code for me, and see if you have any
ideas on what I am doing wrong. I currently only have it published
locally.
