Pop-up menu item form selection

I've changed the default form for the Journal folder from IPM.Activity to
IPM.Activity.MyActivityForm. When I have the journal folder open within an
explorer I can right click and select "New Journal Entry" from the context
menu and I get the proper form. However, when I'm in the contacts folder and
I right click on a contact and select "New Journal Entry for Contact" the
standard journal entry form is created and placed in the journal folder. This
context menu shouldn't assume that the default IPM.Activity form should be
created. It should use the default form specified for the folder where it
will store the item created.
