On some occassions, when forwarding an email, the following pop-up message
appears: Heading - Microsoft Office Word Body - The item could not be
found. I have tried copying the entire message into Word and then into
Outlook without success - the same pop-up appears. I am using Microsoft
Office 2003 with Windows XP.
