Pop-up msg re. virus

Everytime I open a database using Access 2003, I must
first respond to pop-up window about possibility of a
virus. There is no virus in the database. Database was
created using Access 2000. Can anyone explain why this is
happening and what to do to stop error message?

Hi, Denise.

The macro security feature is new to Access 2003, but it's been around in
the other applications of Microsoft Office since Office 2K. You'll need to
set the macro security level to low to avoid the security messages
completely. Select Tools menu -> Macros -> Security... to open the
"Security" dialog window. Select "Low" for the level for now, but you'll
need to revisit this at some point in the future to avoid real viruses.
