pop up notes - Access 2003

I have a continuous form with several records, and I would like to create a
pop up notes box for individuals to leave additional info. I tried creating
one but whatever text I enter into the first note box, it uses the same text
I created in the first box into the next record notes box. I would like each
row to have separate messages. Any suggestions?

Then you need to add a field to your table to store the note.
